After release of Salix OS 13.37 'Xfce' the 'KDE' version of it has been released on 14th
Mar, 2012. This version is also built using SaLT [Salix Live
Technology] which is more powerful tool. This version is also available
in both 32-bit and 64-bit architecture.
Basically
Salix OS is easy to use and very fast Linux which is based on Slackware
Linux. It comes in four desktop environment which are Fluxbox, KDE,
LXDE and Xfce.
Oh yea, can it be installed as easy as Ubuntu..??

DeleteGreat I'm not into some installers that require you to do all the partitioning and compiling and such.
DeleteThat screen shot of Salix looks like XFCE not KDE.
