A week before the release of Ubuntu 12.04 "Precise Pangolin" LTS, Mark Shuttleworth from Canonical announced the release schedule of Ubuntu 12.10 which gets the codename "Quantanl Quetzal". In this release total 2 alpha and 3 beta versions are there and first alpha version will be released on 7th Jun, 2012.
